The World Health Organisation suggest that every healthy person should be doing at least 10,000 steps per day. As entrepreneurs that sit down for most of the day in front of a computer it is even more essential to get those steps in on a daily basis.
We Have FitBit Wrist Bands
I had the Fitbit Flex then the FitBit Force then I’m back to a Flex. I think I like the Flex lots the Force is slightly more bulky to wear and, it seems, never made it out of the United States.
They keep us doing our steps as we stay accountable to a community of friends online who are always trying to do more steps on a 7 day basis that us.

We like iFit treadmills such at the NordicTrack T14.2. iFit is a great add-on for treadmills and exercise bikes that will allow you to virtually run anywhere using Google Street View.

There are many great walking trails. My favourite is from Yaverland Beach to Culver Down and Izabela likes the walk around Brading Roman Villa and the Adgestone Vineyard.
